Who processes your data

What data and why

When you contact me through the form or by e-mail, I process your name, e-mail, phone number (if you provide it) and the text of your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if relevant, to prepare an offer.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If we agree to work together, it is entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For how long

I keep your message for no longer than one year after our last contact. If we sign a contract, I keep the data for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax rules).

Who has access to the data

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by these services I use to run the website:

• Vercel – website hosting and anonymous visitor statistics
• Cloudflare Turnstile – spam protection for the form
• Resend – delivery of messages from the form
• Google (Gmail) – e-mail inbox

These services may also process data in the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Visits are measured anonymously without cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is remembered only by your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. Just contact me at michal@michalroucka.cz.

If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
